TeamSpeak Setup:

 

In order to get the BEST results with Teamspeak,

purchase a headset similar to this one (Only about $16. US)

 

1. Go to www.goteamspeak.com and click on the free download button.

 

2. On the download page, click to download the Teamspeak Client for windows.

 

3. Just click RUN and install the program...

 

 

4. After installing Teamspeak, Run it and click on "Connection", then "Connect".

 

 

5. Right click on "Servers" and select "Add Server" and type a name for a server you want to set up. (<lol>Server)

6. Type in the address shown here for the current <lol> address along with your player name and password.

 

 

7. Once you are connected, you might have to adjust your sound and microphone settings.

Click on "Settings" and then select "Sound Input/Output Settings".

 

 

8.Use the sliders to adjust your Input/Output settings. About midway on each is usually good .

 

 

9. Sometimes, you might have to turn on your microphone, and possibly turn on your "mic boost".

To do this, just double click on your speaker icon down in your taskbar, and click on "Options", then "Properties".

 

 

10. Click the button for "Recording", and make sure the mic is checked, then hit OK.

 

 

11. This will open your recording control. Make sure your mic is checked , and if there is an "Advanced" button,

Click it to get to the menu where the mic boost is located.

 

 

12. If you are coming through very weak and hard to hear in Teamspeak, a mic boost should help.

 

 

That should do it for the initial Teamspeak setup! Keep in mind that there are

MORE settings you can customize your teamspeak with, such as, keybinds

for muting your mic, speakers, changing channels, etc....

 

You will also want to turn your audio settings down in your game, otherwise

the game will be too loud and it will drown out the people on Teamspeak.
